Domestic Shipping Policy

This applies to shopping within the U.S. only. We offer shipping via UPS, USPS and Fedex carriers through Ground, Priority Mail, Express Mail, Overnight and 2-Day Air. For shipping addresses using a P.O. Box number, APO address or FPO address, please choose USPS. UPS and Fedex do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses. Free domestic shipping for orders over $100; Express, Overnight and 2-Day Air services are excluded from this. Pre-ordered items will ship the day after we received them. If there are any changes or complications in the shipping process, you will be notified immediately. Kicktoys reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are shipped USPS. Customers are responsible for their own country's rules, taxes, fees, and regulations. Shipping prices may vary, depending on size and weight of the package. Pre-ordered items will ship the day after we received them. If there are any changes or complications in the shipping process, you will be notified immediately. Kicktoys reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion.

Order Processing

All orders will be shipped within two business days after the payment has been processed. Orders that have been placed on hold, will be held no longer than 3 business days. If payment has not been received for an item placed on hold after the 3rd business day, the transaction will be voided.

Return Policy

At Kicktoys, we do our best to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and will replace defective items. Unopened items without factory defects must be returned within 7 days of receiving your package. Email notification is required for all returns. For replacements to defective items, Kicktoys will ship replacements at no cost to the customer, as well as reimburse the shipping cost of shipping to us. Falsely reported defective items will not be replaced or refunded. In the event of a dispute, Kicktoys reserves the right to final decision. We strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you have any issue or concerns with our product.
